Accord

Accord is an intermediary for the Yorkshire Building Society and has won a number of awards including

Mortgage products are available for new home buyers and customers who would like to re-mortgage and raise extra funds for home improvements or other large purchases. You can arrange a fixed rate mortgage for between 2 and 10 years and may be able to borrow up to 85% of the property's value. The minimum loan amount is usually £30,000 and the maximum amount is £1.5m.

Some products are available with incentives such as free valuations, no booking or arrangement fees and a cashback sum of £250 may be offered.

Early repayment charges will apply to most products - speak with your advisor to find out more about this. Some products will allow overpayments but you should check each individual offer to establish if this will be possible.

Accord Mortgage Products

First Time Buyer mortgages: You can apply for any of the mortgages offered by Accord, your credit history will affect the amount of interest that you pay. Both fixed and tracker rate products are available. You may qualify for free valuations and completion fees.

Owner Occupier Mortgages: Loans can be taken when moving to a new home or transferring from another Accord mortgage product, existing customers can raise funds for home improvements.

Buy to Let mortgages: Accord do not currently have a Buy to Let mortgage product available.
