Two Year Fixed Rate: This product requires a 25% deposit and your loan will revert to the Society's Standard Variable Rate at the end of this term. The minimum loan is £25,001 and the maximum amount you can borrow is £250,000.

Early repayment fees will apply if you change, move or repay the loan before the end of the agreed period.

Five Year Fixed Rate: A fixed rate mortgage means that the rate is set for an agreed period of time. So if the Bank of England Base Rate rises your mortgage repayments will stay the same although you should be aware that if the Base Rate falls your repayments will not reflect this. You will need a minimum of 25% deposit and the maximum loan is £250,000.

There is a sliding scale of penalty fees if you change, move or repay the loan before the end of the five year period.
